Under the hood, the new Land Cruiser Prado has a 150 kW 2,8-litre turbo-diesel engine coupled with a newly introduced eight-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission, enabling it to tow loads of up to 3 500 kg.

The TX variant establishes a solid foundation with features such as a fully leather-upholstered cabin and heated passenger seats.

Stepping up, the VX-R variant boasts additional luxuries, including a digital rear-view mirror and an enlarged infotainment screen. Sitting atop the lineup, the First Edition is available in limited quantities and for a restricted period. Distinguished by its classic round headlamps, the First Edition stands apart from its counterparts, the TX and VX-R, which sport rectangular headlights.
