The Mazda 3 has absorbed more technology and the local range revised to three models in the latest update of the hatchback originally launched in 2003.

The facelifted version now offers Android Auto and Wireless Apple CarPlay, USB Type-C connectivity and wireless charging (Qi standard) that works on all modern smartphones – these in addition to the long list of standard features common to the range..

Minor updates for Mazda 3

New line-up

The revised model line-up consists of:

  • Mazda3 1.5L Dynamic 6MT     R447 500 (incl. VAT)
  • Mazda3 1.5L Dynamic 6AT      R462 500 (incl. VAT)
  • Mazda3 2.0L Astina 6AT          R565 700 (incl. VAT)

All variants are powered by petrol engines, the 1,5-litre in-line 4-cylinder 16-valve DOHC S-VT Petrol (SKYACTIV-G) with i-stop delivers 88 kW at 6 000 r/min and 153 Nm at 4 000 r/min, whereas the 2,0-litre in-line 4-cylinder 16 valve DOHC S-VT Petrol (SKYACTIV-G) with i-stop delivers 121 kW at 6 000 r/min and 213 Nm at 4 000 r/min.
